第十一集去福岡食懷石料理


懷石料理的起源: 以前日本啲禪師,聽禪修行時喜歡一邊聽禪,,邊玩茶道,但係淨飲茶,有啲削,同埋越飲越肚餓,於是一位禪師諗咗套『茶懷石』,就係肚餓時將一舊暖住茶嘅石抱入懷,用來暖胃,所以叫懷石。後來啲禪師都係頂唔緊,做了幾味小點,食飽先修行。後來啲扮嘢嘅貴族為咗扮附庸風雅,走去聽禪,見到禪師修行前所吃嘅小點,就覺得邊吃邊飲茶,邊聽禪,邊欣賞圓林美景,別有詩意,就將禪師食嘅小點簡單複雜化,食時先後有序,從冷到熱,生到熟,淡到濃,演變成現在嘅高貴懷石料理。馬上聽聽
